Are there closed days?

Open 13 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, please note that business days, business hours, exhibition contents, etc. may change due to circumstances.


Can we visit on rainy days?

You can visit it. However, part of the outdoor area has nothing to block rain and requires an umbrella. We can rent umbrellas that can only be used in the marine area.
*There are a limited number of umbrellas available for rent. In case of strong winds, the rental of umbrellas may be canceled for safety reasons.
*Please note that the performance may be canceled depending on the weather.


How long does it take to walk around?

Although there are individual differences, you can see it in about 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes.


Can I post photos and videos on SNS?

You can post photos and videos to SNS etc. if the content is for your personal enjoyment. Please refrain from acts or postings that violate the social media policy of Sunshine City (including posting URLs that include links or acts that violate social media policies). Please note that in the case of applicable acts or postings, we may delete or block the account at our discretion. In addition, the Company is not liable for any damage caused to the customer due to this.


Is there a parking lot? Are there any discounts on parking fees?

There are 1,800 parking spaces and 24-hour parking lots on the 2nd and 3rd basement floors of the aquarium. The aquarium offers a free 2-hour service when you use a paid admission ticket with an account of $25 or more, or enter the aquarium using an annual passport (adult). Please show your parking ticket when entering the aquarium.


Can I enter with a pet?

Admission with pets is not allowed. However, service dogs and guide dogs can enter.
